Note on new contracts

On joining the TfBG support and maintenance programme You will be given a free survey of Your system, including:

Infrastructure and integration
Telephony and Networking
Software and hardware
Security
Business Continuity

We will also make recommendations as to any improvement we believe may make Your Business more productive and less sensitive to technical problem. At this stage we will also inform You if there are any issues with Your set-up that would prevent us from offering support.

Please note that compliance with some of the improvements advised may affect our ability to provide support.
