 Introduction

The support and maintenance options are geared towards Companies with up to 50 computers (with some exceptions).  Larger Companies are strongly advised to consider the outsourcing options available.

Please note that the packages presented here should only be considered indicative and generic.  Every Company and Organisation has very specific requirement.  The packages on offer are a starting point to then develop a fully customised service that is context-sensitive to Your Company.

By customising the packages we are then able to better allocate resources, and to ensure pricing is set accordingly, and therefore minimised.

Also, please remember that if having no budget for IT prevents You from investing and growing, we can help too.

We will also make recommendations as to any improvement we believe may make Your Business more productive and less sensitive to technical problem.  At this stage we will also inform You if there are any issues with Your set-up that would prevent us from offering support.
